@trinsec I thought that was when it switched to a base-64 encoding for that very reason.
@LouisIngenthron It is entirely possible their software is just buggy.

@trinsec No, definitely not. The especially curious thing is that the field itself is limited to 5,000, so it cut off the end of my content *before* refusing to let me submit.
@LouisIngenthron What was the error message saying when you tried it at 4800 chars? That you still exceeded 5k chars there? Even though the field itself is limited at 5k already?
Does sound like a buggy mess to me.
