A friend has COVID and is feeling awful. He blames it on a "carrier" at the pub he visited last weekend.

I wish people would stop using the word "carrier." It implies some rare set of people are spreading #COVID19 when, in fact, around 1 in 45 people is now infectious. We all can infect others when we're infected.

And rather than blame a "carrier," we need to take more responsibility for our actions. Every minute spent in a crowded pub is a decision to accept the risks.
