Trump Derangement Syndrome exists in two ways:

1) Trump is visibly deranged and it's accelerating.

2) People who imagine that Trump's cult will ever be disgusted enough by anything he says or does to cut themselves loose -- that's derangement, too.

There's no bottom to his vileness, or their support.

More broadly: *anyone* who looks at Trump & sees *anything* other than dull toxic narcissism is projecting. But that's been ... almost everyone! For 10+ years he's been 100% consistent & still people are imagining surprises & complexities! Still!
