People who believe they're going to be allowed to work OT & then pay no taxes on OT have never held a management position.

Employers, in general, don't like to pay OT.

Employers will hire PT people to pick up the hours in excess of 8 & will cut regular staff to a 32 hour week & use the PT worker for the 5th work day. PT workers usually don't get benefits & in the long run it will save the employer money.

Expect benefits to also be cut.
