Holy shit. Just tried to go to the bank with my kid to cancel their card as it's lost. Guy couldn't do it as I only had my driver's license. He then said my kid would have to bring photo id to get it cancelled. My kid does not have photo id yet. He then said you can try calling instead. He could not cancel the card in the branch, with my kid there and my ID.
