Yeah, 90's is definitely worrisome.
I just checked mine -- it's 55. I'm kind of out of shape right now, but when I'm in shape, it can get below 50 in the mornings, but I've been a vegetarian/vegan most of my very long life.

O cant do good HIIT with my back so getting it to the 70s is a huge milestone on its own. In used to have it lower when i ran. when i was heavier i had a particularly bad resting rate of like 110
