@Pat nothing is more condescending racist than giving the job to the black lady because she's black. diversity and inclusion my ass, it is more like "i am racist and feel bad about it yet refuse to change".
@Pat @2ck don't worry i never cared for optics, i care about intellectual honesty at all costs. i just want racism to end and those pretending to fight for "fairness and equity" to be shot in the back of the head by those who actually do and live it, not just use it as a fashion statement for thier friends.
