So is there no option to make your account private on Mastodon or am I just too stupid to find it?
@auldlangsin In settings, you can lock your account, requiring your approval of followers. When you post, you can post so that just your follower can view it.
@obi Ahh thanks, I didn't know that those things are the same. I'm not sure if I'll use that but it's nice to know it is a possibility.

When you toot, use "Adjust toot privacy" and select "direct" or "followers-only" or whatever...
