Can I please pay a few extra cents per gallon to not be inundated with shitty video ads at the gas pump?
@Pat Just you wait. They'll find a way to advertise to you, just like they found a way to tax electric car owners who don't have to otherwise pay gas tax.

It only takes about 10 seconds to plug it in - you don't have to stand there and wait for the tank to fill up, it just charges while you shop or work or whatever.
If they're adding a tax to the charge, it's not much. It only costs me about $3.00 to fill up the "tank".
I think the next ad-intrusion mode will be ads that automatically play inside the driverless car while it's taking you to your destination. (Not looking forward to that one)
