"一段流傳甚廣、據稱為昨晚所拍但無法獨立查證的影片顯示，一名女子獨自站在南京中國傳媒大學台階上，手拿一張紙，後來一名身分不明男子走入現場搶走它。
其他圖像顯示，隨後有其他數十人拿著白紙走上大學台階，他們用手機的手電筒照亮夜空。
後來可以見到一名男子斥責抗議人群。在路透社所看到的影片裡他說道：「有一天你們會為你們今天的所作所為付出代價。」
人群中有人喊道：「國家也必須為它所做的事付出代價。」"

"前英國廣播公司《BBC》駐香港記者吳若珊週日在推特分享一份由網友整理的學校名單，顯示烏魯木齊慘劇消息曝光的25日開始，截至27日上午的短短3天內，中國已有50多所大學出現學生抗議行動，當中不乏排名頂尖的名校，學生紛紛挺身表達對封控的憤怒、對自由的追求以及對受害者的哀悼。"
武漢大學特有種:
"校方傳出因應最新防疫政策，研擬恢復實體教學，同時也允許學生返鄉但卻未提及期末考日期、因應方式，學生不滿校方踢皮球遲遲未回應相關質疑，昨集體包圍行政大樓抗議，「推特」流傳，學生們互相要求不喊「政治口號、不拿白紙」，他們口號為「回應訴求、自願返鄉、訊息透明、政策公開」。
校方黨政辦、老師代表一度要求與1至兩名學生代表協商，但遭學生反對，最後由100多名學生進行協商並達多項決議，包含返鄉學生可選擇考試、上課方式；校內設施逐漸開放以利留校學生；不追究學生責任等。"
靠抗議掙來的解封:
"Given that China’s leaders were already seeking a way to exit zero-Covid measures, the protests became a way to justify the pivot, said the University of Chicago’s Mr. Yang. They now need to focus on getting more of China’s large elderly population vaccinated, he said"
