日本在綠電發展這塊也很有企圖心。
“日本政府於 2020 年 12 月 25 日公布了實現 2050 年「碳中和」目標的工程表「綠色成長戰略」。在「綠色成長戰略」中，日本政府設定離岸風電、汽車/蓄電池等 14 個成長可期的重點項目，其中日本政府計畫在 2030 年代中期（2035 年）禁售包含輕型汽車在內的純汽油車，將新車銷售全數變更為電動車（EV）、油電混合車（HV）、插電式油電混合車（PHV）、燃料電池車（FCV）等電動化車款。
隨著車輛等產品電動化，預估日本電力需求將較現行增加 30-50%，因此計畫大力推動再生能源，目標在 2050 年將再生能源佔整體發電量比重提高至現行的 3 倍、達 50- 60% 水準。
在再生能源部分，將著重在離岸風電，日本政府計畫在 2030 年將離岸風電導入量提高至 1,000 萬 kW，2040 年進一步提高至 3,000 萬- 4,500 萬 kW、以最高值 4,500 萬 kW 來看相當於 45 座核電廠的發電量。”
日美、美韓後，接下來可能是日歐。

難得看到DW刊一篇允稱持平的評論，中段還放了八頁橫幅介紹被中國反制裁的對象。
「冻结《欧中投资协议》大大提高了中国今后技术竞争的难度。 中方所需的高科技产品有40%都来自于欧洲。」
「中国最高层跟德国、法国、意大利高层的电话，体现了中方过于热衷于“一把手“的交流，而无视其他政策决定的因素。正是这样，中方才会把决议案看成是欧洲议会几个人的操纵。 」
「北京的“超级别“的报复性制裁，非但没把欧盟吓到，反而帮助欧洲议会统一了政治立场。」

因為台灣「另一個國家」和港澳「地區」不同，所以biologic license submissions (BLA) 送案的程級不一樣，复星幾乎可以在港澳，經過較簡單的流程，很快直接送上市。但在台灣必須有各種疫苗(生物製劑)進口審查規範。基本上：复星BLA送案等同「外商」。 也就是說：中國复星=外商 ⋯⋯面對台灣是一個國家，獨立自主審查，那复星和中國辛辛苦苦經營吃台灣豆腐(一中泡泡)的目的就被吹破了！

WHO跟UN沒搞清楚的一點是: 所有非CCP者無論個人或組織, 都是被CCP認定的中國境外勢力或準中國境外勢力, 包括中國人自己在內.

果然不用等到疫苗接種作業階段，現階段就已經搞到灰頭土臉了。
「陳時中也透露其中隱憂，他說，目前能聯絡到個案並安置的比例愈來愈高，但北市仍有146人失聯、新北市也有164人失聯，一時失聯雖不代表完全失聯，可能只是還沒聯繫上，但他認為這個數目還是太高，希望雙北市與警政合作、儘速聯絡安置。」
