這次中國白紙革命的外媒報導紀錄串:
"Beijing has been relying largely on domestically developed vaccines with a lower efficacy than mRNA shots. Meanwhile, frequent lockdowns have kept businesses closed and pushed up youth unemployment, with China now facing its worst slowdown in decades.
Wary of the high stakes, China’s top leadership earlier this month unveiled plans to “optimize and adjust” the policy to rescue the economy. However, local officials across the country doubled down on restrictions when cases started to rise recently."
加拿大主動提到中國設立非法警局就不尋常:
“We have known for many years that there are consistent engagements by representatives of the Chinese government into Canadian communities and with local media, as well as reports of illicit Chinese police stations” operating in the country, Mr. Trudeau told lawmakers last week. “
這當中如果包含帝國保護費, 以比例來說當真只是零頭:
"現行中期防的5年防衛經費總額約27兆4700億日圓（約新台幣6兆1073億元），日本政府為徹底強化防衛能力，預料將大幅提高編列金額。
日本政府防衛省針對下一期中期防的防衛經費總額提出約48兆日圓的數字，但財務省認為應在約35兆日圓較適當。防衛大臣濱田靖一與財務大臣鈴木俊一，將就金額進行協商。
執政的自民黨內曾任防衛大臣的人士認為，「這個金額不能低於40兆日圓」，這個看法已成黨內主流看法。日本政府考量黨的意見，且對內對外都已表達強化防衛能力決心的情況下，也傾向認為必須編列超過40兆日圓。"

現在對台軍售的延遲會緊張的包括米國自己了:
"The backlog has raised concern that Washington is running out of time to help defend Taiwan against China adequately, because Taiwan, unlike Ukraine, can’t be effectively armed after an invasion. The backlog highlights the challenges the American industrial base faces in producing enough armaments to protect the U.S. and its allies."
全球化肥價格看來有望降溫：

封閉的大型環境湧入各地青壯，一言不合就爆炸很正常～
＂鄭州富士康是蘋果手機最大的生產基地，承擔全球一半iPhone的組裝工作。作為iPhone 14 Pro與iPhone 14 Pro Max的主要組裝工廠，鄭州富士康上月底因疫情和員工返鄉陷入缺工困境後，產能大減，造成全球缺貨。
於是富士康頒布月入逾人民幣1萬元（約新台幣4.4萬元）的高薪招募時薪工，據陸媒報導，求職者從中國各地湧來。＂
WSJ這篇有報導富士康工運事件的新進展:
"Videos circulating on workers’ chat groups and on social media Wednesday showed chaotic scenes as workers took to the streets in several areas within the sprawling manufacturing complex. The protests were triggered after some newly hired workers received contracts showing that bonus payments would be released later than when they were promised during recruitment.
Workers who now want to quit the Zhengzhou plant were asked to register using an online form and will receive the exit payment in two installments, before and after they boarded vehicles home arranged by the government, Foxconn’s text message said. The fee would cover their salaries, transport and quarantine fees, it read."
"科隆經濟研究院（IW Köln，簡稱IW）即指出，營收較依賴中國市場的，實際上多是屬於DAX 40的大企業，例如汽車業「御三家」、巴斯夫、拜耳、西門子、愛迪達等。其中又以福斯汽車最為突出，該集團高達4成營收來自中國市場。
這些大企業經常利用在媒體上的大聲量，將自家的營收利益包裝宣傳成德國的國家利益（即就業機會），因此人們才普遍得到「德國依賴中國市場」的印象。根據IW的評估，目前德國產業中，直接與間接靠賺人民幣來餵養的工作崗位，僅佔德國勞動機會的3%。
總括來說，德國對中國的不對稱依賴，並非單純產品外銷賺人民幣的問題，而是更加難解的、在關鍵領域中從關鍵原料到供應鏈都被中國把持的結構性問題。
進一步，中國更是有意識地透過國家力量，將這種不對稱的經濟依賴作為武器，以兩面手法來擴大自身優勢：一方面，它禁止對方投資涉足其關鍵原料、關鍵科技以及基礎建設的領域，藉此扶植自家產業；另一方面，則將對方對自家產業的依賴，轉化為外交利誘或施壓的工具，藉以進一步打開對方市場，或投資、或併購其關鍵產業與基礎設施。
如此，就形成了一種如同「替毒販打工賺毒品吸」的機制：德國既無法與中國脫鉤，卻又在緊密依賴的過程將中國產業餵養成可怕的競爭對手，讓所謂「德國模式」在許多關鍵科技領域的優勢快速萎縮。"

“第25步兵師又號稱「熱帶閃電」，旗下的一個機械化旅與空降旅駐紮在阿拉斯加，而師部、兩個步兵旅、航空戰鬥旅、炮兵旅與後勤支援旅則駐紮在夏威夷。
第25步兵師是美軍位於西太平洋重要的作戰部隊，10月初該部隊就曾進行緊急戰備部署演習，從夏威夷州及華盛頓州空運兵力及軍備到關島，模擬奪取關鍵地形，快速部署高機動火箭系統（HIMARS）實施火力打擊，驗證美軍在印太的快速火力投射能力。”

北約新戰略概念，稱中國是對此聯盟「利益、安全和價值觀」的挑戰，同時「在其戰略、意圖和擴軍上模糊」。"
