對台灣而言，想走戴高樂路線的法國馬看來跟熱衷九二共識的台灣馬一樣糟糕：

共軍趁小英自美返台時一口氣拉高騷擾規模：

沒想到捷克加快交流這麼快:
"根據捷克國防大學官網指出，Libor Kutěj在3月底訪台期間，在我國國防大學進行高階軍官講座，主講內容為中國對於捷克的影響，另一位軍職教授Zuzana Kročová准將則與台灣軍方進行烏俄戰爭經驗對於台灣的影響，以及區域安全情勢的研討會。"
看來是歐中各自表述了:
"馬克宏和馮德萊恩另外與習近平舉行三邊會談，以及馮德萊恩、習近平雙邊會談。馮德萊恩會後表示，她警告中國領導人不要提供俄國武器，也提出台灣問題，表示「我們都同意台海穩定具有最高重要性，維持台海穩定、和平與現狀，對我們有非常明確的利益。因此，沒有人應片面以武力改變這個區域的現狀」，「使用或威脅使用武力改變現狀無法令人接受，透過對話解決可能發生的緊張很重要。」新華社報導，習近平表示台灣問題是中國「核心利益中的核心」，不要指望中國會妥協退讓。"
極權神經末梢面對瞞上不瞞下風氣的潛在風險:
"美國海軍情報局（ONI）指揮官、海軍少將史都德曼（Michael Studeman）是在馬里蘭州國家港的美國海軍聯盟海空太空會議（Sea-Air-Space）上，做上述表示。曾訪台的史都德曼說，他身為軍事情報人員，「我們掌握強烈跡象顯示，習近平並不知道他的安全部隊所做的一切」，他認為原因出在中國治理模式的笨拙與獨裁統治的風險。"
"由於這些違法行為尚不足以構成戰爭行為，五角大樓將之稱為「灰色地帶」行動。史都德曼說，共軍這類行為的嚴重性與頻率，有可能不見得總能上達習近平與其他中共菁英階層；極權國家的運作方式有其危險，真相並非總能迅速傳播，壞消息在上傳途中有時會被摻假，「我們看到部分情況正在發生」。"

米國國會議員先進了台灣國會:
"麥考爾等人約在上午11時2分左右抵達立法院正門後，在立法院副秘書長高明秋、民進黨立委趙天麟等人帶領下，於上午11時5分進入立法院議場2樓貴賓席，觀看正在進行的施政總質詢，會議主席游錫堃也向在場立委、行政院長陳建仁及行政官員介紹訪問團，現場響起掌聲，而麥考爾等人則起身揮手致意。
立法院人士指出，訪問團今天進入立法院議場，是台美斷交後，台灣關係法生效44年來，第一個公開進入議場參訪的美國國會外委會訪問團，為蒸蒸日上的台美關係做了最有力的見證，深具意義。"
中國這邊打算在海底電纜這塊領域先下手為強:
"4名知情人士告訴路透社，中國電信集團有限公司（中國電信）、中國移動通信集團公司（中國移動）和中國聯合網絡通信集團有限公司（中國聯通）3家主要電信業者正在籌劃這項計畫，這是舉世最先進和涵蓋面最廣的海底電纜網絡之一。
此一名為EMA（歐洲－中東－亞洲）的擬議中網絡，將連結香港與海南島，然後向新加坡、巴基斯坦、沙烏地阿拉伯、埃及和法國延伸。"
"中國主導的EMA計畫，意在與目前正由美國公司SubCom LLC鋪設的SeaMeWe-6（東南亞－中東－西歐6號）海底電纜直接競爭。SeaMeWe-6電纜也將從新加坡連到法國，途經巴基斯坦、沙烏地、埃及和沿線數國。"
一年多以後的加拿大繼續協助制裁:
"路透社報導，加拿大國防部長安南德（Anita Anand）宣布，將派遣加拿大皇家空軍（Royal Canadian Air Force）的CP-140極光（CP-140 Aurora）巡邏機赴日。
加拿大政府表示，約有6週時間，這架極光CP-140巡邏機將對疑似逃避制裁的海上活動進行監測，特別是船對船轉移遭安理會禁止的燃料及其他商品。"

米國國會對中國警告的反應是: 更頻密到訪台灣~
"此次的訪團成員橫跨共和、民主兩黨，多達8名外委會及印太小組眾議員，堪稱重量級訪問團。成員包括，日前在眾議院通過「中華人民共和國不是發展中國家法」提案人的眾院印太小組委員會主席金映玉（Young Kim）、眾院印太小組委員會資深議員貝拉（Ami Bera）、眾議員希爾（French Hill）、眾議員迪恩（Madeleine Dean）、眾議員瑞森紹爾（Guy Reschenthaler）、眾議員勞勒（Michael Lawler）、眾議員莫蘭（Nathaniel Moran）。"
WSJ也注意到了日本佈武西南諸島的舉措:
"The missiles on the Ishigaki base and two other bases in the island chain are short-range weapons intended to defend an archipelago that stretches over 700 miles from near Taiwan up to the Japanese mainland."
荷蘭在太陽能開發上非常積極:
"荷蘭目前已在境內的湖泊與水庫上，安裝50萬塊浮動式太陽能板，這些水域約占荷蘭20%的面積，荷蘭亦計劃到2030年建置3 GW（300萬瓩）離岸浮動太陽能裝置容量。"
