補充認識木原稔的立場主張:
[ 台湾美日民间交流协会秘书长叶纮麟博士认为，岸田安排木原入阁，不只是借重其在安保政策上的经验，也有助于岸田团结党内各派系，共同面对明年可能到来的众议院改选，对岸田来说可以说是一举两得。此外，木原向来鲜明的立场也能加速推动日本成为正常国家的各种程序。
他对美国之音说: “木原稔一向主张修改现行宪法第九条、让自卫队成为合宪的军队与增设紧急事项条款等，也赞成首相参拜靖国神社，保守派立场相当清楚。”
叶纮麟表示，木原过去就曾经强调要加强对敌方基地先发制人打击的能力，认为应大幅增加国防预算，并且加速修订《防卫装备转移三原则》，这些都有利于岸田落实新防卫走向。此外，木原针对中国在东中国海与南中国海的频繁活动表示严重关切，特别是关切台海的和平稳定，这将会是木原的首要任务。]
開戰就是一打三:
"他分析，以過去共軍操演範圍研判，共軍3支航艦戰鬥群，一支部署在台灣東南海域牽制關島，另一支部署台灣東北海域牽制美國與日本，第3支放在台灣西南海域。
基於這個作戰預想，黃曙光說，他認同前美軍印太司令戴維森（Philip Davidson）所提2027年時間點，也就是中國至少要有3支航艦戰鬥群成軍，且還要視美國戰力消長，「如果美國戰力往下掉，中國那時候就準備了，但打不打，還有政治跟國際因素等等」。"

"任職於中國科學院武漢病毒研究所的石正麗及其團隊7月在英文期刊「新興微生物與感染」發表論文指出，在評估40種冠狀病毒傳染給人類的風險後，發現有半數屬於「高風險」，其中有6種已知能傳染人類並致病，也有證據表明，另3種可致病或傳染其他動物，「幾乎可以肯定，未來極有可能再次出現冠狀病毒疾病」。"
有老大在後面壓陣還是很必要的~
"海軍編列493億6170萬元預算打造原型潛艦1艘。黃曙光說，潛艦國造須在有限預算範圍內專款專用，不得有任何追加預算，因此，政策上全案商源不經過代理商、軍火商或掮客，直接與原廠談判，其次，裝備選擇至少有3家，有優先順序，作為備援，再者，美國角色不能缺席，藉此帶動歐美國家廠商參與意願。"
演習名稱警告意味好濃....
"木原稔上任後，日本防衛省就宣布10月將與美軍舉行「決心之龍」（Resolute Dragon）大規模離島防衛訓練，日美雙方將動員約6400名人員參加，以應對可能的台灣有事，演習地點遍及北海道、九州、和沖繩，離台灣地理位置相當接近的石垣島，也首次列入。"
中央社這張一帶一路雙走廊畫得太簡略了吧:
"研究人員發現，2000年到2022年間，中國向一帶一路主要夥伴非洲貸款約1700億美元，2016年達到逾280億美元的高峰後，過去兩年借貸非洲的額度驟降。"
"研究另發現，雖然先前的多數貸款流入非洲東部和南部國家，2021至2022年則漸漸向西部非洲轉移，流向塞內加爾、貝南和象牙海岸等國。"
海鯤頗受注目:
"相關人士今天指出，海軍256戰隊所屬的2艘劍龍級潛艦丶2艘茄比級潛艦，過去都有射擊「操雷」以及「戰雷」的任務記錄，「操雷」主要是測試及記錄各項數據使用，實彈射擊操演以及作戰巡弋任務時就會採取實彈彈頭的「戰雷」執行任務。"
如果說米國的商務部是阻止資源進入敵方的封鎖線, 財政部顯然是築敵方經濟危機時降低全球金融系統衝擊的防火牆：

米國商務部的《美國芯片法》細節很具體:
"規定也將擴大半導體製造能力與增加無塵室或其他生產空間直接連結起來，認定擴大產能5%以上就是實質擴大半導體產能。
規定也禁止補助接收者增加受關切外國半導體企業新的無塵室面積或生產線，使其產能增加10%以上。
規定也將某些半導體晶片認定為對國家安全至關重要，因此對包括在高輻射環境下或其他專用於軍事能力方面的量子計算當代及成熟節點晶片要施以更加嚴厲的限制。"
米國商務部的細則顯然沒打算在晶片戰縮手:
"The restrictions have been the subject of heavy lobbying from the chip industry, which collectively earns about one-third of its revenue from China. Chip makers in comments filed this year expressed concerns that overly restrictive measures could disrupt supply chains and hamper their global competitiveness.
Many of the rule’s broad principles, like the 10-year limit on new investments in China, were outlined in the bipartisan legislation that authorized funding for the sector. But Commerce Department officials were responsible for writing the detailed provisions of the rule."

各國外交系統的再出擊:

這個小跡象多少洩漏了在港上市的中國房產公司的財務疑慮:

這三年來的中國金融必然爆雷結果其實一直是救與不救的兩難選擇，越晚做出決定就越有系統性風險:
