Exercise can provide a myriad of benefits, but it's hard to fit enough exercise into your daily life to reap the full health benefits. This is particularly true (and particularly important!) for people who have had a stroke, brain injury, or diagnosis of other neurological conditions.

I was thrilled to join Dr. Jyutika Mehta for a conversation with Dean Catrine Tudor-Locke to discuss how exercise can help with neurorecovery, recent research on physical activity assessment, tips that can help clinicians, patients, or caregivers set realistic goals, and new innovations for quantifying and tracking movement.
