2. No science can be studied because of its market value, by blurring the boundaries between its object and the marketability of the expertise associated with it, without ceasing to be a science. I'd answer "no" to both questions: people should not seek a marketable skill when studying philosophy and while moral behaviour is intuitive, ethical behaviour requires a kind of awareness that can (almost) only derive from study.
