@Sphinx That link is good and kosher, for getting the MediaCreationTool we need to install Window 10 -- either an upgrade off an older version or a fresh new install from scratch.
Current version is the May 2020 release, numbered as you mention as "2004" -- year 20 (2020) month 04 (April is the date it came out).
