I had similar but not the same experience, it's not easy to be at the management level. if you move to another organization start from the beginning I don't know you will feel bad or disappoint.
right now you can talk to the CEO or someone in the change of the company, get more support. and maybe you can build up your team again:)👍

@Sphinx It could be that they want to make sure they are covered, and called the insurance agent to ask for reassurance.
If you would only drive the vehicle very rarely, I imagine you would not need to be added. We have kids, and they have licenses, but were away in Uni, so we never added them into our policy.
The neighbour wants to make sure they don't end up being responsible for damages; not only to their vehicle, but specially in case of an accident with people getting hurt.
In some countries, there's a whole industry of exploring legal claims from accidents.

I use my neighbour's car for learning driving and now I got my license. today he told me said he called his insurance agent and they said I need liability insurance because I have my license now.
I think my neighbour felt nervous about this now, or maybe he felt a little too much for them to drive their car. do you agree?
Do you guys have Liability Insurance before you buy a car? after get driver's license. need buy the liability insurance and then allow to drive other person's car ?
