@Haybop86 Slowed down a bit after a cascade of huge developments in Novigrad and arrival in Skellige.
Current status: in awe of the geography that really feels like [insert Atlantic / North Sea archipelago here], and actually starting to get used to all the Vikings with Irish accents!
@stokes Don't forget Marko. He isn't seen as much (just as well), but he's clearly a big part of the team culture.

@trinsec Could be worse. I proudly announced "3" to the wife, who scratched her head for a bit and got it in 2!
Wordle
@Jim I think it's the default. I didn't know until I'd been playing for a while. In hard mode, you must use all greens in the right place and all yellows somewhere in all subsequent words.
Check the Settings cog top right.
@trinsec Sure. But the people he's attacking in the press haven't done that. They've just reported on the facts, which is their job.
We can all agree that violent threats are awful and should be subject to zero tolerance. I'm not seeing the culpability of people who reported his actions.
The brass neck on #Verstappen is amazing. He disobeyed a direct instruction that everyone heard him being given, after having plenty of advance warning. He still refuses to explain or justify his petty, selfish behaviour. Then he complains that the reporting didn't give his reasons.
Starting to think the whole #RedBullRacing team is irredeemably toxic. #F1
@kaukamieli No, it isn't really. At least, not yet.
Typically, my writing on Health Policy Insight is paywalled, because capitalism.
But Health Secretary Steve Barclay’s speech to the NHS conference this week was so remarkable, I’ve made this piece toll-free. https://www.healthpolicyinsight.com/cowpers-cut-barclay-banks-on-an-ignorant-audience/
BREAKING: #Twitter is down. #Journalists forced to do some actual research.
Wordle
@Jim Similar. But I can see from that graphic that you're playing in easy mode, which is surprising.

Autumn Statement - UK #Politics #Budget
So here's a thing - on top of the pain everyone will be feeling over Hunt's statement, the only way it looks as "good" as it does is by kicking the can down the road.
The OBR calculations, still bad enough, are based on a further planned spending squeeze after the election *and* a 23% hike in fuel duty which Hunt somehow didn't mention, and which has about as much chance of being passed by a Tory Commons as I have of being voted World's Sexiest Man.
UK Budget
Was a bit surprised to hear Hunt say that he was puzzled about why so many more people are long-term sick and economically inactive.
As a recent former chair of the health select committee, you'd have hoped he might have been aware that there has been quite a big thing going on in the last couple of years affecting health.
UK Budget
@statsguy It's never easy to keep track when the same thing can be announced several times over, but yes, it appears that way.
And tomorrow we'll probably be told that NHS staff can't be given a decent pay rise because budgets are too tight.
UK Politics
One of the less commented aspects of Hunt's statement is the way he expects other people to do the difficult stuff.
Derisory pay rises for nurses and teachers, but he expects that private business can simply find 10% more.
Mayors for Cornwall and Norfolk = someone to blame for economic decline.
There's no coherent vision here, other than passing the buck.
