I just like pork products so I shop the Russian and Arab Christian shops for my groceries where pork based things are concerned. I go to the kosher butcher for beef or chicken. It's almost impossible to find non-kosher beef or chicken here.

And it's not like I have to hike or go somewhere weird to get the pork products. It's across the street from me to go to one Russian place I do most of my shopping for sausages, bacon, and various cheeses.
