So... Ilhan Omar didn't vote in the recognition of the Armenian Genocide. Like she was just there, 'rolled as present'. In other words, she abstained.

Her own words: “I believe accountability for human rights violations – especially ethnic cleansing and genocide – is paramount. But accountability and recognition of genocide should not be used as cudgel in a political fight. It should be done based on academic consensus outside the push and pull of geopolitics. So.. like what the fuck? You didn't vote to recognize one genocide because other genocides weren't recognized? Or, is she saying the Armenian Genocide didn't happen?
