With Google, we are handing them our data and we know they are gonna use it "against us" but while distrusting Google and trusting Apple, we give Apple a very good oppurtinity to screw us even harder than Google...

Its all wise or well when Warren Buffet is giving advice on television about how the smart way to look after your money when investing is to acquire a company or business that turns a profit that you can keep rather than investing in stocks or crypto which depend on whether someone will pay a higher price for it but....
How are most people going to be able to acquire companies as alternative forms of investment?
Which I agree are smarter strategically as they turn a payout that doesn't depend on speculation, however you have to have plenty of money to do that.
For example, Warren Buffet frequently in interviews mentions buying/owning a farm.
Its not like I have the money to buy a farm.
Does anyone have anything to say on this topic?
Everyone has to start from somewhere.
