@TheOldGuy The problem is, the churches don't have enough money to afford it so you wouldn't get it.

@TheOldGuy @wjmaggos This would largely backfire. There are the grossly extravagant few churches that can be held up as examples to justify that, but most churches operate with a very small amount of funds and output a great deal of it to serve the community. Most church workers take pay well below average to subsidize things to allow those organizations to function. If we started taxing charitable organizations, I doubt we'd see a net gain for society.
