In November, little Veronika would have been 3 years old.

An inquisitive, intelligent, kind girl was killed by a Russian missile along with her mother Olga.

The tragedy happened on the night of April 28, when they were sleeping. Relatives still cannot recover from grief...

During that night, Russian military launched a missile attack on various cities of Ukraine. One of the shells hit a private residential building in Dnipro, where Veronika and her mother Olha, who also died, were sleeping peacefully. Veronica's grandparents were hospitalized.

"Olya and Nika were bright girls. Mother and daughter moved to her parents' house – she thought it would be safer there than in an apartment in a high-rise building. But unfortunately, a Russian missile killed them...," said the aunt of the deceased, Tetiana Bilash.

Little Veronica was the family's favorite. She grew up as a lively girl who was interested in everything. She had a lot of toys. In the private house where she lived lately, there were cats and dogs, and Nika loved them very much.

"Rest in peace, my angels, I love you very much," said Tatiana.

Veronica is survived by her father, grandmother, grandfather, uncle and aunt.

The occupiers, after a new attack by Ukraine on the Russian Black Sea Fleet, began to move ships to Tuapse, - speaker of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Navy Dmitry Pletenchuk on the telethon.

“Those two landing ships [sunk by Ukraine] are not that big, but they’re not really small either. And considering where they stood, this is another significant loss for the Russians. And one of the results of our attacks is the further movement of ships. Now they have already reached Tuapse,” noted Dmitry Pletenchuk

According to him, the occupiers were never able to completely solve the problems with logistics, and now they are forced to change the mooring sites of their ships, thus responding to the dangers at sea that the Ukrainian Defense Forces created for them.

Note: Tuapse a town in Krasnodar Krai, Russia, situated on the northeast shore of the Black Sea.
