lives on 10 acres in a sparsely populated area of the Ozarks. I heat with wood that is leftover by the lumber industry. When cutting oak for lumber only the trunk is used.

The cat and I are enjoying this very warm wool blanket from Korea. Back in 1975, when I was packing up to ship out to Ft Wainwright in Fairbanks, AK a fellow soldier gave me this very heavy, very thick blanket.
