Republican Party member Marjorie Taylor Greene has proposed a series of strange amendments to the Ukraine support bill
▫️One of them requires that any member of the House of Representatives who voted in favor of the Ukraine aid bill be required to join the Ukrainian Armed Forces;
▫️Another Greene's amendment is that Ukraine must "close all its biolabs" and provide all data on such "research;"
▫️Other amendments call for a report to prove that Christian churches in Ukraine can operate without government interference and that no funds can be used or spent "until the government of Ukraine holds free and fair elections";
The amendments are unlikely to gain support among Greene's colleagues because they are too extraordinary.
It is noteworthy that Greene's systematic anti-Ukrainian actions are also being criticized by her fellow party members. The day before, the Republican Fox News published a column titled "Marjorie Taylor Greene is an idiot. She is trying to wreck the GOP."

Doctors in Lviv recently performed a complex operation on a child from Northern Ireland for the first time. The patient, a 4-year-old girl, suffered from severe seizures that threatened her life and hindered her development. Pediatric neurosurgeons at the largest Center for Neurosurgery and Surgical Treatment of Epilepsy in Western Ukraine, based at St. Nicholas Children's Hospital, removed part of her brain hemisphere to address the problem.
The girl's family traveled 3,000 kilometers to seek the help of these specialists. Despite the challenging nature of the surgery, which lasted 7 hours, the operation was successful. The child is now seizure-free, which means her development will no longer be delayed.
Much beloved double amputee with a big heart
Yana Stepanenko has raised UAH 615,000 ($15,450) for a prosthesis for Ukrainian Defender Oleksandr Riasnyi when she ran 5k at Boston marathon.
"When we started running at the start, it was not difficult at all. That is, I ran about 300 meters without any difficulties, and then, towards the end, when there was a kilometer left, my legs began to hurt, and I was tired, but despite the pain, I made it to the finish line," Yana shared.
Yana raised the whole amount for a prosthesis for 30-year-old Oleksandr Riasnyi. He fought in the ATO, the JFO, and then in the full-scale war. Oleksandr was defending his native Zaporizhzhia direction when a shell exploded near him last September. He lost his right leg. Now, Oleksandr is learning to walk on prosthetic leg, plans to return to service, and dreams of running.
Yana Stepanenko, her brother Yaroslav, and their mom Nataliia were at a train station in Kramatorsk on April 8, 2022, trying to evacuate, when Russia attacked the station with a missile carrying cluster munitions. The strike killed 61 people and injured more than 100. Yana lost both legs, her mom lost one. Yaroslav was not hurt because he stayed indoors at the time of the shelling.
Yana's strength and spirit are out of this world.
A criminal case was opened against a 77-year-old pensioner for “justifying terrorism” for a comment under a post about the bombing of “military correspondent” Tatarsky - Astra
On 77-year-old resident of the Stavropol Territory Larisa Kuznetsova was opened a criminal case. The pensioner was charged for one comment on the social network VKontakte. According to investigators, the woman left it under the news of the Kremlin public page “Mash”. The post reported on the detention of Daria Trepova on suspicion of blowing up the Z-blogger Tatarsky. Larisa allegedly commented on this news as follows: “Well done, Daria girl!” Who recruited her is a question, but what is the result..."
The 77-year-old pensioner was given a preventive measure in the form of a written order not to leave the place.
If anyone was justifying terrorism, it was Tatarsky.

This is Oleg, a machine gunner of the Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigade of the "South" air command, a native of Donetsk. Before the full-scale invasion, he worked in Poland for a long time, but two weeks before February 24, he returned to Ukraine - to defend his own!
🔥 Tonight, Oleg destroyed another enemy "shahed". This is already the sixth strike drone on his account. Obviously, the warrior does not plan to stop!
And while Oleg is shooting down "martyrs", his own brother is fighting as part of one of the infantry units in Donetsk region.
It is on such people that our defense rests, thanks to such warriors we hold the sky!
🤝 Thank you, Oleg!
🇺🇦 Together to victory!

🕯️Oleksandr Baklykov, Mayor of the city of Lebedyn in Sumy Region, was killed while performing a combat mission. He served in the 47th Separate Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He was joining the Armed Forces on September 2022.
“There are no former paratroopers. And for me, an experienced paratrooper, it’s incredibly painful to bury our children who die for Ukraine, for each of us,”
he wrote then.
The British Air Force cannot help Ukraine shoot down Russian drones and missiles, as it did with Israel during the attack of Iran.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Britain, David Cameron, answered the question of the LBC journalist that this would mean a direct clash between NATO and Russian forces and the expansion of the war in Europe.
According to him, the use of fighter jets "is not necessarily the best way to shoot down missiles and drones, because air defense systems are more effective." He emphasized that Ukraine has a great need for Patriot systems.

"In principle, prosthetics will be able to duplicate [normal] life. If this is the price for the future, then... no problem."
Oleksandr Revtiukh, a veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, lost his left arm and part of his left leg at the front.
In order not to lose heart after the amputation, he took up sports.
