Dmytro Pakholiuk died as a result of a russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih on July 8, 2024.
Dmytro was 36. He used to work in the patrol police, but a few years ago he switched to work at Metinvest. He held the position of engineer.
Even before the full-scale invasion, he was involved in volunteer activities and was also a blood donor. He devoted all his free time to his family.
"He was a real role model..." - say colleagues from the patrol police.
Dmytro Pakholyuk is survived by his wife, daughter and other relatives.

A barrage of russian missile strikes hit targets in cities across Ukraine on Monday, including a children’s hospital in Kyiv, killing at least 22 people and injuring 68 more, officials said.
Ukrainian officials said the rare daytime aerial assault had struck Ukrainian cities on purpose during rush hour, including Kyiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Slovyansk and Kramatorsk.
Several European nations denounced the attacks with France calling it “barbaric acts, aimed directly and deliberately at a children’s hospital” while the UK’s new prime minister Keir Starmer said attacking innocent children was “the most depraved of actions.”
According to the WHO, there have been more than 1.600 instances of heavy weapons attacks impacting medical facilities in Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion.

🤝 Border guards of the "Steel Border" received uniforms from Arm Women Now
The initiator of the project was Iryna Nikorak, a public figure and People's Deputy of Ukraine. She handed over half a hundred sets of military uniforms for the women of the Steel Border border brigade. The American women's uniform according to NATO standards became a model of quality and functionality.
Arm Women Now is a social initiative implemented by the Courageous Ukraine NGO. This is a project about equality, dignity and respect for women in the security and defense sector, about providing female defenders of Ukraine with uniforms and means of personal protection.
