⚖️ The International Criminal Court in The Hague issued warrants for the arrest of two russian war criminals.
The following are wanted for crimes against Ukrainians:
⏺ Commander of long-range aviation of the russian federation, Serhiy Kobylash;
⏺ Commander of the russian Black Sea Fleet, Viktor Sokolov.
The court concluded that they deliberately and repeatedly agreed and organized attacks on the civilian population and civilian objects of Ukraine, violating numerous norms of international law.
Suspects must be immediately detained in any country in the world that has ratified the Rome Statute and brought to justice.
"This is already the second decision of the International Criminal Court regarding Russian war criminals. Both relate to the highest military and political leadership of the Russian Federation. For every crime committed in Ukraine, Russia will be responsible both on the battlefield and in the international tribunal,"

Valery Mykhaylov's life was taken by Russian shelling of the village of Velikiy Burluk, Kharkiv region.
On February 28, 2024, the Russian army attacked a defunct railway station with guided aerial bombs. Valeriy and his granddaughter Kira were walking there and found themselves at the epicenter of the impact.
Valery was 48 years old. He worked as a chief mechanic. He adored spending his free time with his relatives, and devoted a lot of attention to his granddaughter. He is described as a wonderful and sincere person.
"He was very kind, never refused help, always ready to support. He loved his family very much, smiled a lot," said his daughter's godmother and granddaughter's godmother, Liliya Tsebro.
Valery is survived by his wife, daughter, son-in-law, parents, brother.
The Kremlin is preparing russians for a protracted war — British Intelligence.
It is stated that the russian authorities are trying to justify the duration of the war and the scale of Russian losses by portraying the war as a direct conflict with the West.

Taras Vysotskyi, Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, asserts that damages resulting from the spillage of Ukrainian grain in Poland should be compensated by the responsible party.
Addressing at least four incidents of Ukrainian agricultural products deteriorating in Poland, including 180 tons of corn destined for Morocco, Vysotskyi emphasized the necessity for compensation. He stated, "The one who caused the damages must compensate them. This can be decided by the court results or voluntarily... We hope for the shortest possible time to bring the case to court, justice, and full compensation for the damages by those who caused them."
Vysotskyi further noted that Ukraine possesses evidence indicating that criminal proceedings have been initiated in Poland regarding cases where individuals dispersed Ukrainian grain.
