The commission on journalistic ethics has excluded former Ukrinform editor-in-chief Oleksiy Matsuka from its membership. This decision was made after the journalists published information about censorship in Ukrinform, the so-called temniki — the government's instructions on how to cover political events in Ukraine.

▪️ Oleksiy Matsuka was the general director of Ukrinform from November 2023 to May 24, 2024, when he was replaced by the spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Serhiy Cherevaty.

Astra count has reached 78 bombs...
Another 3 FABs bites ruZZian dust in the Belgorod region over 2 days

The regularly bombarded Belgorod region got gifted three more aerial bombs by the ruZZian Airforce. On May 30, FAB-250 was found near Blizhnoe. Another FAB was found near Krasnaya Polyana. The third FAB-250 was found on the same day in Chaiki. In all three cases, officially no one got injured.

Thus, in just the last three months, the russian Armed Forces brought the total to at least 78 incidents in the past three months, including the vaunted 100% accurate so-called “smart” bomb UMPB D-30SN that previously still somehow managed to fail to reach Kharkiv.

Today marks 28 years since Ukraine lost its status as a nuclear power.

In 1996, the authorities of Ukraine transferred the last nuclear missiles to Russia, fulfilling the Budapest Memorandum.

In 1991, Ukraine had 130 SS-19 intercontinental missiles and 46 SS-24 intercontinental missiles, up to 43 Tu-95MS and Tu-160 strategic bombers, up to 2,156 strategic nuclear warheads and up to 4,200 tactical nuclear warheads.

The Budapest Memorandum was signed on December 5, 1994 by the leaders of Ukraine, Russia, Great Britain and the United States.

The memorandum "prohibit" Russia, the United States and the United Kingdom from threatening or using military force or economic coercion against Ukraine.
