Russian propagandist Solovyev appears to call for Putin's resignation.
There is however some uncertainty if he said "Otstavka", meaning resignation or "Stavka", calling for the creation of a "headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.
The uncertainty might be enough to save him from the known dangers of failure-prone russian windows.

❗️A direct hit from an aerial bomb into a multi-story building in Kharkiv. People are under the rubble. There are multiple explosions reported and four different locations may have been attacked in the city.
Of these, there were strikes on two residential high-rise buildings in the Kyivskyi and Saltivskyi districts, - mayor.
One of the strikes was a direct hit.
Footage is obscured at this time for reasons of security and safety of the population.

Russian warship opens fire on Norwegian vessel in the Arctic
A Russian warship demanded that a Norwegian fishing vessel leave an area in the Arctic Ocean, and when it failed to do so, it fired warning shots, according to the captain of the damaged vessel, Eystein Orten.
