According to detailed information, yesterday the enemy launched two missile strikes (two rockets), 77 airstrikes at the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, dropping 123 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, he carried out more than 4,900 attacks, of which 152 were from rocket salvo systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes in the areas of populated areas, in particular, Staritsa, Kozacha Lopan, Okhrimivka, Zakitne, Ozerne, Mykolaivka, Semenivka, Maiske, Chasiv Yar, Kostyantynivka, Toretsk, Druzhba, Sloviansk, Aleksandro-Kalynove, Sukha Balka, Lysivka, Romanivka , Dachne, Yantarne, Oleksandropil, Suhi Yaly, Velyka Novosilka, Temyrivka, Zelene Pole, Novoandriivka, Biloghirya and Olhivka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders repelled 38 assaults in the areas of the settlements of Myrolyubivka, Promenyu, Lysivka, Petrivka, Pustinka and Novooleksiivka, where the invaders, with the support of aviation, tried to dislodge our units from the occupied lines.
In the Kurakhiv direction, the Defense Forces repelled 30 attacks near Berestki, Sontsivka, Voznesenka, Dalny, Elizavetivka, Katerynivka, and Antonivka, where the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops.
In the Vremivsk direction, the enemy carried out 14 assaults near Trudovoy, Rozdolny, Makarivka, Rivnopol and Novodarivka.
In the Dnieper direction, there were eight combat encounters with the enemy in the island zone of the Dnieper delta. The enemy had no success.
The situation has not undergone significant changes in the Siversky, Kramatorsk, Gulyaipilsky and Orihivsk directions . No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
Defense forces of Ukraine continue the operation in the Kursk region. Enemy aviation continues to attack its own territory. Over the past day, Russian planes have carried out 27 airstrikes, dropping 37 anti-aircraft missiles. Ukrainian defenders repelled 22 assaults by invaders.
On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, shelling populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation, carrying out sabotage and reconnaissance activities, increasing the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine .
At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire line of battle.
In general, the Russian invaders lost 1,610 people last day. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 17 tanks, 33 armored combat vehicles, 46 artillery systems, 38 operational-tactical UAVs, one cruise missile, 120 vehicles and 17 units of enemy special equipment.

POLAND UPS THE ANTEE

Poland is getting very tired of Russian behaviour. It feels its right in the line of any post-defeat Ukraine Russian adventures, in the horrible circumstances that might have happened.
It lives with Russian soldiers on its border in the Kaliningrad exclave. Most of its border to the east is the ever bizarre Belorus.
On Saturday/Sunday this past weekend Poland scrambled every single one of its F-16’s to intercept Russian missiles - if they came over the border from Ukraine. I’ve heard they may have even assisted in targeting and direction but nobody is ever going to confirm that.
Poland as a whole is arming itself to the teeth. New Korean fighters, tanks and artillery, F-35’s, and domestically manufactured equipment, 500 HIMARS launchers, helicopters everything. 4% of its GDP on defence and plans to get that to 4.5%. Poland knows what Russian occupation is like - it lived under it for longer than it’s been independent. Russia ravaged the country in 1939 and again 1944-49, then crushed its independence for 40 years more. For Poland it really is a matter of never again. They understand and have huge affinity for, Ukraine’s situation.
It’s my honest belief that if Poland could it would actually fight with Ukraine - I remain convinced that if Belarus had gotten involved directly, Poland would have regardless of NATO.
What has been notable of late is Poland’s willingness to say out loud what we all think, and is becoming more strident in its response to Russian policy and threats.
Poland is a powerful military voice in Eastern Europe. It will be the most powerful military nation in the EU and European NATO, literally second only to the United States. That’s how much Poland is growing its forces. France, UK and Germany will combined match the Polish Army of 2028-30.
Poland is looking to be heard. It’s not willing to sit on the sidelines and be ignored by the once preeminent militaries of the West.
Poland has put its money where its mouth is. Russia has made it this way - it has nothing but itself to blame for Poland’s military expansion.
Poland and Ukraine with determined states like Romania and the Baltic states are increasingly important and an increasingly powerful bloc inside the EU and NATO. They deserve to be heard and listened to. And the deserve more say in the policy of both organisations in the future. Because when all is said and done, they’re doing what the old western powers seem incapable of doing - spending their money defending themselves and preparing to resist.

Last night, the russians struck a residential building in Hlukhiv in the Sumy region.
9 people are so far known to have died as a result of the Russian attack.

Another 11 people were injured, including 2 children.
There are probably still people under the rubble. Estimates are 4-5 individuals.
There is destruction of a dormitory of one of the educational institutions.
