The Coordination Headquarters reported that severely ill and wounded Ukrainians have returned home.

The released individuals suffer from vision loss, limb amputations, severe gunshot wounds, and the effects of blast injuries. Among the illnesses are tuberculosis, cancer, and gangrene. The Coordination Headquarters emphasizes that this reflects the conditions in which they were held in Russia.

In Vyborg, Russia, a warehouse belonging to a fund providing aid for “participants of the special military operation” burned down, with losses estimated at 1.7 million rubles

The warehouse contained construction materials for bunkers, armor sets, tactical headsets, clothing, and other equipment.

Preliminary reports suggest the fire was caused by arson. On January 9th, the warehouse was completely destroyed by the blaze.

The United States has secretly invested in the development of drone production in Ukraine, according to The New York Times.

The newspaper reports that the U.S. has spent at least $1.5 billion to boost Ukraine’s drone manufacturing industry.

Additionally, Washington has sent intelligence personnel to assist in developing the program and has worked to establish connections between American tech companies and Ukrainian drone manufacturers.
