This is a 16-year-old girl. She had a 2-month-old baby with her that was also taken along with her mom.

25 of their neighbors formed a human chain around the family. They called the police to try and get help, but the police ended up grabbing the teen, slamming her to the ground, and handcuffing her. It looks like the girl was knocked unconscious when the police threw her to the ground.

One of their neighbors threw her drink on the officers after she saw what they did to the girl, and she was also arrested for assault on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and interfering with a police officer. The crowd of people formed around the police and were heard screaming “You’re not supposed to work with ICE!”
