The SBU has confirmed the liquidation of Serhiy Moskalenko, the organizer of torture chambers in the Kherson region. Moskalenko, born in 1978 and a resident of Nova Kakhovka, owned a local security company. During the occupation, he collaborated with the Russians and was appointed as the head of the pre-trial detention center, where Ukrainian prisoners were subjected to inhumane torture.
