A 14-year-old schoolgirl was sitting on a bench near a playground on August 30th when Russia attacked Kharkiv yet again. She was killed on the spot, her head was blown off.
In the video, the girl's mum is sitting on a bench realizing what has just happened. Earlier, the girl's dad went missing in Donetsk region, a relative told reporters.
"Russia is turning our lives into utter horror. We must be given the right to defend ourselves. To prevent tragedies like this from happening." say Ukrainians.

TODAY..The russian terrorist army attacked Zaporizhzhia (southeastern Ukraine) with ballistic missiles last night.
Two people were killed: an 8-year-old boy and his 38-year-old mother.
The father of the boy and his 12-year-old sister were wounded. The nine hundred and twenty-third day of the large-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun .
During the past day, 197 combat clashes were recorded. The hottest situation was in the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy was also active in the Kurakhivskyi, Vremivskyi and Kupyanskyi directions.
According to detailed information, yesterday the enemy struck the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements with three strikes, using 33 missiles, and 68 airstrikes, dropping 77 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, he carried out more than 3,900 attacks, of which 139 were from rocket salvo systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes in the areas of the settlements of Glukhiv, Bilopylla, and Zarutske of the Sumy region; Hryhorivka, Druzhba, Dachne, Toretsk, Oleksandropil, Myrnograd, Selidove, Kostyantynivka, Bogatyr of the Donetsk region; Novodarivka, Mala Tokmachka, Orihiv, Novoandriivka of the Zaporizhzhia region; Kozatsk, Kherson region.
Yesterday, aviation and missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces made 12 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and anti-aircraft defenses of the enemy. In addition, the artillery system and two pontoon crossings were hit.
In the Kharkiv direction, there were five clashes near Vovchansk.
23 battles were fought in the Kupyansk direction. The defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Glushkivka, Kolisnikivka, Stelmakhivka, and Berestovo.
In the Lymansky direction, the enemy attacked 18 times near Grekivka, Druzhelyubivka, Makiivka, Nevsky, Cherneshchyna and Novosadovo.
In the Siverskyi direction, our soldiers stopped seven enemy attempts to break through the defenses in the areas of Verkhnyokamyanskyi, Vyimka, Ivano-Daryivka, and Spirny.
There were eight combat clashes in the Kramatorsk direction. Ukrainian defenders repelled the assaults of the Russian invaders near Klishchiivka, Kalynyvka, Chasovoy Yar, Stupochky and Bila Hora.
18 battles were fought in the Toretsk direction, in particular, near Toretsk, Shcherbinivka, Romanivka, and Nelipivka.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders repelled 56 enemy assaults in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Zelene Pole, Myrolyubivka, Novogrodivka, Krutiy Yar, Grodivka, Mykhailivka and Selidove settlements. The greatest concentration of attacks was near Novogrodivka and Mykhailivka.
In the Kurakhiv direction, the Defense Forces stopped 39 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Ukranian, Georgiyivka, Kostyantynivka, Halytsynivka, and Krasnohorivka.
In the Vremivsk direction, the invaders carried out 21 offensive actions near Vodyanyi, Vugledar, Kostyantynivka and Prechistivka.
In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled two enemy attacks.
On the Orihiv and Gulyaipil directions, the situation has not changed much. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, carries out mortar and artillery attacks on populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire line of battle.
In general, the Russian invaders lost 1,360 people last day. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 10 tanks, 35 armored combat vehicles, 18 artillery systems, 36 UAVs of the operational-tactical level, 21 cruise missiles, 47 cars and nine units of special equipment of the occupiers.

I received preliminary reports on the Russian strike in Poltava. According to available information, two ballistic missiles hit the area. They targeted an educational institution and a nearby hospital, partially destroying one of the telecommunications institute's buildings.
People were trapped under the rubble. Many people were rescued, but more than 180 were injured. Unfortunately, there are many casualties. As of now, we know that 41 people were killed. My deepest condolences to all of their relatives and loved ones.
I ordered a full and prompt investigation into all of the circumstances of what happened. All necessary services are involved in the rescue operation. I am grateful to everyone who has been helping and saving lives from the very first moments following the strike.
The Russian scum will surely pay for this strike. We continue to urge everyone in the world who has the power to stop this terror: Ukraine needs air defense systems and missiles now, not sitting in storage. Long-range strikes that can protect us from Russian terror are needed now, not later. Every day of delay, unfortunately, means more lost lives.
