North Korea may be preparing to send additional troops and weapons to Russia, reports Yonhap.

Pyongyang is reportedly considering rotating or increasing the number of its soldiers in Russia while continuing to supply missiles and self-propelled artillery systems.

According to South Korean military sources, North Korea has also started producing and supplying kamikaze drones.

Seoul believes that military cooperation between North Korea and Moscow will intensify in 2025.

South Korean intelligence estimates North Korean losses in Russia-Ukraine war at 1,100 soldiers

North Korean losses in Russia's war against Ukraine have reached 1,100 people, Yonhap writes, citing data from South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS). It is specified that this refers to the number of "military casualties," meaning that they probably mean dead soldiers.

Meanwhile, the Joint Chiefs of Staff of South Korea said that Pyongyang is preparing to send additional forces and military equipment to Russia to support its army on the battlefield.

"A comprehensive assessment of multiple intelligence sources shows that North Korea is preparing to rotate or increase troop deployment [in Russia], while also supplying 240-mm rocket launchers and 170-mm self-propelled artillery units," the agency noted.

In addition, intelligence has revealed signs that Pyongyang is moving to the production and sending of kamikaze drones to Russia.

Earlier, the Pentagon reported losses of North Korean troops who entered the battle on the Russian side in the Kursk region, estimating them at “several hundred” people killed and wounded.

According to Ukrainian, Western and South Korean data, Kim Jong-un sent a total of 10-12 thousand of his troops to help President Vladimir Putin.

The Pentagon noted that North Korean infantry is participating in the battles, operating both together with Russian units and independently.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also reported on North Korean losses in the Kursk region, without specifying the number.

Several dead North Koreans were seen in photos and videos posted by Ukrainian troops.

8 Dead Dolphins Found on Novorossiysk Coast

Six dead dolphins washed up on the shore in Novorossiysk, two more are observed in the sea. Another one was found on the beach in the village of Blagoveshchenskaya.
