lives on 10 acres in a sparsely populated area of the Ozarks. I heat with wood that is leftover by the lumber industry. When cutting oak for lumber only the trunk is used.

@ryannosaurus Does your cat wake you in the morning? One of my cats does. He is the one who guards me when I am working in the garden, patrolling the rows. We do have copperheads here. But it has been years since I have seen a live one.
