The CEO-to-worker pay gap at America’s largest public companies is now 399-to-1.

In 1965, the ratio was 20-to-1.

Trickle-down economics was always a sham.

Billionaires have found one more way to fleece the public: sports stadiums.

And if we don’t play ball, they’ll take our favorite teams away.

This kind of billionaire hardball is why State Farm Stadium, home of this year's Super Bowl, was built in the first place.

As least $700 million per annum was being pumped into European lobbying efforts by transphobic organisations based in the US, Russia, Saudi, and Latin America, and other places. Around half was US-Russian money, of which half was Russian money so approx $150 million p.a. on anti-LGBT disinfo and lobbying.

Far right US have hooks into current Tory government. Londongrad dirty Russian money remains a problem Sunak is doing nothing about.

The UK is short of some 2.5 million homes. This Tory Government has almost totally failed to address this after the previous Labour administration had made a really good attack on catching up. Much of the current housing stock is in poor condition too, with bad levels of mould and damp, and inadequate levels of thermal insulation. Until we sort this shortfall out, it will continue to cause multiple problems in other areas. mastodon.world/@kennethb/10984

Here’s another compilation of clips from Kerman, of people burning propaganda posters that were laid out for the 44th anniversary of the Islamic republic of terror occupying Iran. In one we hear the speaker saying we don’t want mir (devotees), we don’t want mullahs and to hell with the Ayatollah. But my favorite is seeing Soleimani fry over and over again. May he perpetually burn in hell as he burns in our minds.
