Russia has announced a "review of its nuclear doctrine." President Zelensky remarked that Putin loves his life too much to press the red button:
"They always use intimidation-part of this programme involves nuclear threats. I believe that Putin loves his life too much, so I think he will hold onto his seat, his Kremlin, and the support of his actions from society."
