❌ The Russians never had such a defeat as in Kharkiv Oblast, - Kyrylo Budanov

👉 Executioners, FSB officers, Rosguards, collaborators, propaganda are the traditional components of establishing an occupation regime by Muscovites in the captured territories.

📌 In an interview with Dmytro Komarov for the documentary project "Year. Kharkivshchyna" told how exactly this happened in the populated areas of the region during the Russian occupation, as well as about the significance of last year's victorious offensive of Ukraine:

▫️ To establish control over cities and settlements, the Russian Guard was included. This is a standard tactic for the Russians;
▫️ Changing reality, usually everywhere, begins with an artificial change in history";
▫️ The rapid and sudden Ukrainian offensive in the Kharkiv region last year, when it was possible to liberate almost the entire region, stunned even the most enraged and frenzied propagandists of the Kremlin;
▫️ In [Russian] society, a question arose: "How can it be that Russia was defeated?". They did not have such a mental defeat as in Kharkiv Oblast. I guarantee you that this page will not even be remembered in Russian history."

Gina Smiatich, 90-year-old Holocaust survivor, was killed by Hamas.

Her body was discovered in her home in Kibbutz Kissufim, near the border with Gaza. The woman was killed on October 7. According to the testimony of her grandson and based on the analysis of the shot trajectory, the terrorists dragged her from the shelter room, put her on her knees in her own living room, and then shot her in the back of the head.

This tragedy in Israel echoes the tragedies we have seen in Ukraine during the Russian invasion. For instance, on March 18, 2022, 96-year-old Boris Romanchenko, a survivor of the Nazi concentration camps, died as a result of a Russian attack on a residential building in Kharkiv. On April 4, 2022, 91-year-old Vanda Obiedkova, who survived the Holocaust and the German occupation during World War II, died in the basement of her house in Mariupol where she was hiding from the bombings.

From the Analyst
Some interesting technical information about the state of new Russian T-90 tanks came out inadvertently.
Russian propaganda seemingly unaware and uncensored was showing off the new build tanks. Because the T-90 has more equipment and tech that runs hot - and the engine is very hot to work with, the tank has a notoriously bad heat dissipation problem anyway, it’s been equipped with air conditioning. Until now. In place of the control panel is a cheap Chinese made fan. Experts also noted that it was missing night vision kit, and the fire control computer was not the latest but appears to be from older T-80’s.
One analyst who specialises in Russian tanks and their multiple variants told me yesterday that the active total of T-80 variants - long established as the gold standard of the T-72 variants despite its gas turbine engine - are almost completely exhausted - he estimated they have at best 150 left operating out of 4907  built and supplied to the Russian army. The T-90 is still being built but production looks like it’s never gotten past one a day.
Overall the Russian offensive at Avdivka is a mess. Ukraine has secured the Robotyne west flank and the rain has arrived with more to come.

❗️A missile hit the UN headquarters in Lebanon, media reports

It is noted that there were no casualties.

The Pope called on Hamas to release all the hostages kidnapped from Israel to the Gaza Strip.

"I insist that neither children, nor the sick, nor the elderly, nor women, nor civilians become victims of the conflict," the pontiff said in a Sunday sermon in St. Peter's Square in Rome.

Speaking about Israel's expected ground operation, he added that it is important to create humanitarian corridors to save the entire population.

According to UN estimates, about a million residents have left Gaza at the moment. Meanwhile, Israel evacuated the border town of Sderot before the start of the operation.

"We must not forget about the suffering of people in Ukraine. Enough is enough. Wars always mean defeat, always," Francis added.

Volodymyr Zelensky emphasizes that there will be more attacks by Russian troops on Ukrainian energy facilities as winter approaches and calls on local authorities, energy companies and telecom operators to prepare for this.

"We have to be aware that there will be more such Russian strikes (like the one in Kherson on Sunday) as winter approaches. More attacks on generation facilities, on the grid. We need to be prepared for this.

We have strengthened air defense as much as possible in the current circumstances. And we are agreeing with our partners on such steps in defense that have not been used before," the President's evening address

Results of the first exit poll of the parliamentary elections in Poland:

"Law and Justice - 36.8%.
"Civic Coalition" - 31.6%
"Third Way" - 13%
"Left" - 8.6%.
"Confederation - 6.2%.

The turnout was 73%.

◾Explanation: The ruling Law and Justice party won first place in the elections to the Sejm, the lower house of Poland's parliament.

"Law and Justice is in favor of Ukraine, but they used the topic of Ukrainian grain to score votes during the campaign. It was quite populist on their part.

The opposition together has more seats than Law and Justice. Therefore, it may form a government without Law and Justice.

The anti-Ukrainian Confederation gained just over 6%.

Mykolaiv paratroopers destroy the armoured vehicles of the occupiers.

The Russian occupiers do not stop trying to test the strength of the defense of the paratroopers of the 79th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who hold the defined boundaries of Donetsk region.

Recently, the enemy again resorted to a massive assault on the positions of Mykolaiv maroon berets, using tanks, BMPs and other armoured vehicles for this purpose. In order for them to succeed, they let the demining engineering machine go forward.

But nothing came of that adventure. With the help of kamikaze drones and artillery, the paratroopers began to inflict damage on the enemy even on the approaches to the advanced positions. Then the mine-explosive barricades, which the Ukrainian soldiers installed for uninvited guests, went into action. Enemy armoured vehicles began to blow up on them.

The occupiers are creating their own “TrO” in Crimea

Our agents discovered that the occupiers are creating their own “territorial defense troops” to maintain control over Crimea. We know about 3 units, 2 of which are located in Yalta and 1 in Alushta.

It is known that the Yalta unit is training in the abandoned pioneer camp “Big Yalta”. And their material support is extremely poor.

Coordinates: 44.4913662725645, 34.16888881620612

According to our information, they will not be kept in Crimea for long and will soon be sent to close the gaps in the defense in the Zaporozhye and Kherson directions. So you shouldn’t trust the Russian occupiers.

We continue to monitor the occupiers and transmit all important information to the Ukrainian Defense Forces!

29-year-old soldier Maxim Bardin died on July 17, 2023 in Donetsk region.

Maxim lived in Poltava Oblast. Acquired the profession of a ceramist. He worked as an artist in the Kyiv Directorate of Mobile Circuses of Ukraine. He was an equilibrist, glorified Ukraine in China and Lebanon.

From 2019 to 2021, he served in the ranks of the Armed Forces. During his service, he painted walls in the military unit where he served, and painted portraits in his spare time. Lately, I have been fond of the tattoo.

From the first day of the full-scale invasion, the man fought as part of the Teroboron.

"He was a very bright, unique and talented person. He was always positive, lived to the fullest, he felt this world in a different way and few people understood him," said niece Anastasia Skidan.

Maksym is survived by his mother, two brothers, a son, a niece, other relatives, friends and siblings.

Suspicion reported to a Russian priest who blessed the occupiers' equipment that killed civilians

According to the investigation, in July of last year the abbot of one of the temples of the UOC (MP) Izyum Diocese in the occupied town of Dvorichna held the "Baptism of Russia Day", where the archpriest of the occupiers' patriarchate blessed the Rashists and military vehicles of the occupiers.

The abbot ordered his henchmen to film the "event" on camera for further publication on pro-Russian media resources.

During the liberation of Kharkiv region, the archpriest fled with his family to the territory of the Russian Federation, where he is now the abbot of one of the Russian churches.
