The author of Supernova+ is accused under Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “on the unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement of military equipment.” It follows from the court decision that there are five episodes in the case - for five published messages/photos/videos about the movement of weapons.
The last video mentioned in the court decision was published in the channel on April 26. It shows American M777 howitzers moving near the Polish city of Darlowo. The accompanying text states that the howitzers are heading to Ukraine. According to Article 114-2, the author of Supernova+ faces up to 8 years in prison.

The Defense Forces continue to resolutely counteract the enemy's attempts to advance into the depths of the territory of Ukraine, and direct their efforts to disrupt the implementation of offensive plans by the Russian occupiers.
Today, the Air Forces and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 15 areas of personnel concentration, three air defense systems, three artillery systems, two ammunition depots and another important enemy facility.
During the day, the enemy launched six missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine using 17 missiles. In addition, 38 airstrikes were recorded using 57 cabs. He used 490 kamikaze drones. At the same time, the enemy carried out more than 3,000 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements using various types of weapons.
Currently, there have been 81 military clashes.
The Russian aggressor is trying to use the advantage in manpower, equipment and air support. Despite the intense enemy onslaught, the Ukrainian soldiers strongly and effectively rebuff the enemy.
In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian invaders three times, with the support of aviation, tried to storm the positions of our units in the areas of Volchansk and Tikhy. All enemy attacks are repelled.
Ten military clashes with the invaders occurred in the Kupyansky direction. The enemy tried to improve the tactical situation in the areas of the settlements of Petropavlovsk, Sinkovka and Peschanoe. Not far from Sinkovka, all enemy assaults have been repelled, and fighting is still ongoing in the Petropavlovsk and Peschany areas.

In the Kramatorsk direction, enemy activity in the area of Andreevka was not successful.
The enemy is intensively attacking the Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsky direction. Here, during the day, the aggressor carried out 29 assault and offensive operations. The greatest activity of the Russian occupiers remains in the area of Novoaleksandrovka, Sokol and Novopokrovsky. In general, the Ukrainian defenders have already repelled 17 attacks on the direction, and another 12 clashes continue. The situation is difficult, but controlled by the Defense Forces. Our soldiers are making efforts to prevent the enemy from advancing into the depths of Ukrainian territory. According to the information available at the moment, today the aggressor's losses in this direction amounted to 263 people killed and wounded. In addition, several invaders surrendered. One tank, three artillery systems, eight vehicles and five armored combat vehicles were destroyed. In addition, two vehicles, five armored personnel carriers, two tanks and three enemy guns were damaged.
At this time of day, there are 20 military clashes in the Kurakhovsky direction. The invaders remain highly active, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Krasnogorovka, Praskoveyevka and Konstantinovka. Units of the defense forces repelled 16 enemy attacks, four are still ongoing.
In other areas without any special changes-the enemy did not succeed, the loss of our territories and positions was not allowed.
