The audio recording was published by Ukrayinska Pravda. The intercepted conversation was conveyed to the publication by a military intelligence unit of one of the brigades that holds the defense in the Volnovakha district of the Donetsk region.
In the audio, a ruZZian "soldier" can be heard giving the order to cut off a Ukrainian soldier's head and impale him to intimidate other Ukrainian fighters.

Russia will transfer a river to China for access to the Sea of Japan.
Russia and China are preparing to begin negotiations on the free passage of Chinese ships along the border river Tumen flowing into the Sea of Japan, Nikkei Asia reports.
The river, which flows along the border of the PRC and North Korea, and then along the border of Putinistan and the DPRK, is located on lands that belonged to China until the middle of the XIX century. Reports are that it was actually North Korea that demanded that russia has to send its PRESIDENT to come and bow down and not only the defense minister, as they did last time. The same happened with China before.
