I have seen better behaved 5 year olds.

You also need to know how to lose. The Russian tennis player failed to contain himself. These things happen to the Russians, indeed.

I am sitting in my car now. Better reception than in the house. Weather says the rain should end about 1:30.

Orbán Called to Resign as Head of European Council After Visit to Putin

“The fact that Orbán is shamefully abusing the EU Council presidency and going to the Kremlin without a mandate is a scandal. It undermines the fundamental principles of EU foreign policy. Either the Hungarian government respects its current role in the EU, or it must resign as president,” said Michael Roth, chairman of the Bundestag Foreign Affairs Committee.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry stated that the Hungarian leader’s visit to Moscow had not been agreed upon with them. Orbán said he “told the Russian president about President Zelenskyy’s reaction to the ceasefire proposal,” and that the purpose of his visit was to ask Putin “the shortest path to ending the war.”

“I wanted to ask him what he thought about the existing peace initiatives, the ceasefire, and negotiations, and how he sees Europe after the war. I received answers to these questions. Our meeting is taking place during a war. I consider the struggle for peace to be Hungary’s task during the EU presidency.”

Ambassadors of 27 EU countries will discuss Orbán's trips to Moscow and Beijing at the beginning of Hungary's six-month EU presidency.

The closed-door meeting will be held at the request of Poland, which expressed reservations after Viktor Orbán traveled to Moscow on July 5 and Beijing on July 8 on what he calls a "peaceful mission," Voice of America reports.

Orbán admitted that he kept his tour, which began with a trip to Kyiv on July 2, a secret from his allies.

EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell stated that Orbán's visit to Moscow took place "exclusively within the framework of bilateral relations between Hungary and Russia," and that Orbán did not receive any mandate from the EU Council to visit Moscow.

Kazakhstan Detains Russian Trucks with European Goods Since July 1

According to “RBK,” citing the Association of International Road Carriers, Russian trucks carrying goods from Europe have been detained in Kazakhstan since July 1.

“Trucks transporting European goods on semi-trailers owned by EU companies are being detained. These detentions are occurring due to the application of ‘new restrictions,’ even after the goods have been unloaded at Kazakhstani customs authorities of destination,” the carriers’ appeal to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation states.

These measures by Kazakhstan disrupt the mechanism of re-coupling or reloading goods from trucks to vehicles of Russian and Belarusian companies at border terminals, a process that has been in effect since 2022.

A russian missile killed 10-year-old karateka Maxim Simanyuk, his little sister and mother

At the time of yesterday's massive attack on Kyiv, the family was in their own apartment.

“Russian Nazis killed our little Champion Maxim Simanyuk. Hatred is not enough. Revenge will be eternal,” wrote the boy’s coach Vladimir Boev on Instagram.
