☢️ Where russia Stores Burevestnik Nuclear Missile Revealed — Reuters

American researchers Decker Eveleth and Jeffrey Lewis analyzed satellite images from Planet Labs and discovered the probable deployment site of the russian nuclear-powered Burevestnik cruise missile.

Construction of new facilities near the nuclear warhead storage facility in the Vologda-20 military town area has been identified. According to Evelet, this involves nine horizontal launch pads located in three groups inside high berms designed to protect against attack or detonation as a result of an accidental explosion.

The 9M370 Burevestnik system, which NATO identifies as the SSC-X-9 Skyfall, was publicly discussed in 2018. Putin claimed it had virtually unlimited range and could bypass U.S. missile defenses. Military analysts have cast doubt on such claims.

It is assumed that its range is 23,000km. The missile will fly at subsonic speed, so it will be detectable.

War in Ukraine Will End Only When Russia Is Defeated or Putin Is Gone—Foreign Affairs

Former CIA analyst Peter Schroeder argues in Foreign Affairs that Vladimir Putin will never give up on Ukraine. The war can only end in one of two ways: either Russia loses its ability to continue fighting, or Putin is no longer in power.

Schroeder dismisses the notion that Putin’s actions are merely a “test of the West’s weakness.” Instead, the Kremlin sees a “strategic need” to prevent Ukraine from becoming a Western stronghold that could threaten Russia.

As long as Putin remains alive and in power, no amount of sanctions, military losses, or international pressure will deter him. Ukraine must either decisively defeat the Russian army on the battlefield, leaving Putin unable to continue the war, or freeze the conflict and wait for his death. Schroeder suggests that since the war is driven by Putin’s personal ambitions, future Russian leaders may be easier to negotiate with.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine commissioned the first underground stabilization point for the Armed Forces.

The hospital is constructed of six steel bunkers equipped with ventilation systems, water supply and alternative power sources.

Thanks to modern medical equipment, including operating units and intensive care units, more than 100 injured people can be treated here.

The project is the first step in the framework of a large-scale initiative, which involves the construction of more than 20 such checkpoints.

"Such underground checkpoints are critically important for saving the lives of our military. In the conditions of intense hostilities, we have to provide maximum protection and quick medical assistance to our heroes. This is the first step in a large-scale project that will strengthen our medical infrastructure and allow us to more effectively support defenders on the front lines,"
- stressed the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umyerov.

The construction of the first headquarters was implemented by the Ministry of Defense in cooperation with the Metinvest Group.

In Russia, "heroes of the SMO" are being robbed en masse.

In Vladivostok, police officers leak the data of returned "SMO participants" to bandits, and they start extorting money from them, which they had looted in Ukraine.

The "veteran" in the video was driven to a suicide attempt. This is not the first case.

I do not think that this will stop those who want to make money from the war. But it shows well the level of degradation of Russians and what modern Russia is living by.

🖼 Historian Leonid Marushchak saved more than 2 million works of art from the front-line territories - these are Polovtsian women, the work of Alla Gorska, Aivazovsky, Kuindzhi and Yablonskaya.

Despite constant shelling, Leonid returns to the museum dozens of times to take out all the works of the collection. During his last trip to Bakhmut, he took out a statue of a lion of the 13th and 14th centuries, while a battle between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the russian DRG was going on near the museum.

In Beryslav, he was attacked by drones - he lost his bus, but soon he returned in a rented car to take every sight out of the museum.

Lithuania summoned a Russian diplomat in response to Russia's terrorist attacks on Ukraine. The Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the targeting of educational institutions, hospitals, and residential areas by rockets and bombs highlights Russia's desperation and its complete disregard for human life and international humanitarian law.

The Russian Federation is secretly purchasing dual-purpose goods from India to support its military industry, according to a report by the Financial Times.

The article reveals that Russia has devised secret plans to use around $1 billion to acquire essential electronics from India through covert channels. This plan involves tapping into the significant reserves of money accumulated from oil sales to India, viewing the country as an alternative market for goods previously sourced from nations now under Western sanctions.

The report also highlights that Russia and its Indian partners are focusing on acquiring dual-use technologies, which are subject to export controls.
