So whatever your health-specific goals are for 2023 I wish you the best of luck with them.

Remember to keep them simple and enjoy the process of improving health this year.

My health goal this year is to run my 2nd marathon in October.

With that comes many early morning runs as well as a new focus on eating better than I did in 2022 or 2021 to be able to do as well as I would like.

A good training plan and some consistency goes along way.

Its about improving many of the things you were already doing to feel better and be better over the long run.

Think drinking more water or keeping your phone away from your bed before going to sleep.

Simple things repeated consistently yield great results.

Focusing on health can take many forms.

You can exercise, improve your diet, or try to improve your sleep quality.

Focusing on health is not about making more time in the day to be active.

5. Scheduled Send

Sending emails during non-work hours is not always appreciated by recipients, but you also don't want to forget to send it.

Scheduling allows you to compose the post and send it first thing the next day or whatever other time and date you want.

4. Customize

Aesthetic matter yet most email services look like they stayed stuck in the 80s.

In Gmail, you can customize almost everything including background and limit emails on page to fit your needs which helps make emailing less of a burden than it needs to be.

3. Automatic Response

Whether you're away on vacation or want to let the person emailing know that you will respond to it during working hours automatic response is great for either.

Set it up once and enjoy the benefits!

2. Undo Send

Ever had an email where you clicked send and immediately realized you forgot to add the file?

With Undo send you have up to 30 secs to realize your mistake and fix it before it gets sent out.

This can save you from sending a "sorry forgot the file" email.

1. Sync with Gmail

Gmail has numerous features that help make emailing less of a headache than it needs to be.
