Time to test Mastodon. Please, star and retoot(?) if you see this. That would help me stay motivated to bring and share more brain MRI content to Mastodon 
@trinsec sadly, that approach renders Mastodon quite useless. I already search for my community when I publish/read stuff. I might as well send email, call, or send message in IRC 😄. Well.. I'll hang around some time to see how/if this develops.
@ViljamiSairanen @trinsec I think what trinsec means is put hashtags in your posts. People you are not connected to will see those posts because they have those tags in their profile. For example #mri and #brain. You may need to experiment as to what tags bring the right people to your posts.
