@Solelytuned@mastodon.social they are really tasty. Fun fact: earlier, they were considered a meal for poor people but when Manoj Tiwari sang a song about them, they got famous and people realized how tasty they are!
We are having Litti Chokha, a famous dish from Bihar.
Litti is a dough ball made up of whole wheat flour and stuffed with Sattu (roasted chickpea flour) mixed with herbs and spices and then roasted over coal or wood.
In western Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh litti is served with murgh korma (a creamy chicken curry) or chokha (a vegetable preparation of roasted and mashed eggplant, tomato, and potato)
When cooked, one breaks litti into half and pours hot clarified butter(ghee) on it.

Over time, people forget that the religion they are so devout about, was created by storytellers, poets, painters, and musicians.
They then start putting storytellers, poets, painters, and musicians in prison for hurting religion.
And as they do so, religions of tomorrow begin to take shape.
