Well that’s progress at least. Hachyderm.io is going to move qoto.org from suspend to silence. @freemo

@freemo We are listed as “limited” on hachyderm.io, (aka the new “silenced”) but I’ve been trying to follow several people on that instance, and on the qoto page I get when I click on search results (and where I did the original follow), they are all in a wait state with “Cancel follow request”.
Is this normal when we are a silenced server? If not, could it be a qoto issue? Or is there a workaround?
@freemo Ok, subscribed, I guess I can see who I might want to follow someday…
@ambihelical yes thats normal, you can only follow people who follow you.. BUT you can subscribe and it will work now since we can see their posts.
