Is there a go-to place for open-source papers where I can read random stuff, maybe the most popular papers of the last month or whatever, I don't wanna go to traditional publishers.

Culture has been destroyed by allowing unintelligent people in the spaces that used to belong to intelligent people, without strict filters, white and blacklists, and tall walls, It is impossible to create a space free of stupidity, in the real or virtual world.
Used to be that all you had to do is tell the truth and people would filter themselves out.
Stick a paper saying BOOK CLUB on the door of a classroom and nobody that didnt belong there would enter, but now It's different.
