my own comments and some reasons why....

- Emotional connection /thus overwhelm when more than X amount (imagine 10+ about cats but a subject not in your field)

- inability to make change [powerlessness / frustration]

- need for peace and time to think about what will help even subconsciously or without in your face stuff....

EXAMPLE = Integration Nightmare @bad_immigrant in my timeline [a lot] but I personally decided it's needed and I'm owning my feed.. though hard when not decisive or exploring interface... and conscious stuff at the same time

- So mixed combination of interface + speed of messages + conscious trouble = exit / unwanted feelings

since I'm more into seeing the background problems it will help me solve things MAYBE from seeing more of the same (the aforementioned user writes quite well so that also helped)

- Not all people's language or way is palatable, so imagine I was a mismatch for user - that's hadly that user's fault so mis-maching is natural

More personally from me I know it's NOT just about these visual wars, it's all the smaller stuff that contributes, pays and allows that to happen from small pyramids to up high.

This doesn't help to say it but I feel it's impossible to think it's suddenly created and 'somehow' everyone didn't help (even by the not talking, defending their own rights or their childrens's future by already $elling it - lol lame grounds already )
So I deal with is by practising loss on a daily basis (play chess and it you WILL get you emotional) but imagine the usual person (99% don't play chess or know how) AND anything anyway becomes quickly too much for them... so that's a bad combination....

I was going to mention how small increments of ignorance accumulates to BIGGER PROBLEMS so in this case should I mention to someone posting every 5mins (which I like now) that globally, even the Ukrainian or Russian or rest of the world people ARE SHIT ARE TALKING ?
I don't mean it angrily here - the CAPS = emphasis (that it's a big point nobody can talk for more than 2mins in family and especially outside their similar fortress like family and protectiveness NOT TOO FAR from someone else protective or going to work to get money - wow big words but anyway that's our daily life as people and think it's ok... noooo (and I know it's not all people or that you as more-conscious and practising beings can't do all the other ways all in one day from unsupported operating system- so credit is due in small ways to all but serious KAK in terms of feeling too comfortable and having guard always down after war and kee-jerk wakeup stuff! - terrible defaults and just going to get duped and cheated in further decisions blaming XYZ - it's all the same - like literally with fake leaders - at least some are A BIT UPFRONT about it - so still bad but upfront - the rest are legal crooks you can't see and if you want to be a crook that's the system to use for long term modern financially raping / financiallt-killing activity - no dead bodies - well none you can point d)

Anyone not doing these talks and therefore the ignorant Ukrainians, ignorant Russians, are also helping accumulate to the war statuses - this isn't blame it's like a house-keeping and them blaming the cockroaches for coming in and staying... (I like insects by the way all of them)

What we don't do also comes to bit us.
The modern way is to leverage, ignore and then use others - then shift the deficit on others or claim the profit... na business gotta die and you're going to have to learn to clean your ass with left over paper or plastic packets!

so it's hard to see on screen... even to read this about things all that are linked (I don't buy toilet paper - it's political and measurable at the same same core]...

but you decide your politics
or else expect someone to come and make the shit show we now have to clean up from our parents just going to work and feeding us into nothing or low ethics exchanges.

The small wars of talking - people are not doing - the MIND WORK
This is the war (without meaning damage to each other but yeah talking and trying to corner each other into growing our mentality, is hard- not many can do it.... yet... I hope and trying for by doing 1 to 1 with people and re-starting culture since it got $o diluted and $teralised)

I for one welcome a bit of gore.
It's part of our learning experience though we might want to regulate it - seeing different gender stuff is exactly the same (for me at least)

- I recently realised you can mute people from interface without needing to search for it anywhere

(the 3 dots ... by the names) so many might not think of this and this it's all or nothing or they have to config it. Can mute for a few days etc or permanently

- mass is a definite turn off.
I remember first coming to Mastodon and having nonstop feeds and feeling it's uncontrolled abuse (as default) until I saw you can select language from settings and blew a sigh of relief (it was almost a deal-breaker for Mastodon but I survived the 100's messages in different languages (imagine) and have to reduce it- great when you know how)

- And everything is an ongoing progress - it helps to accept that even when I lose another chess game as a way to learn and also feel like life is actually simpler to solve within ourselves- IF WE HAVE THE WILL FOR IT...
